It’s impossible to say since no one has actually lived through the 2020s. It’s 2025 dude, we’re all right in the middle of the 2020s.

I disagree. There are plenty of very classy people who are neither rich nor part of the upper class. There are plenty of people who are in the upper class who not only are not classy, but who are actually quite crass and disgusting. Also there are plenty of so called “upper class” people who have lost most of their wealth and are just struggling to keep up appearances.
I’d say they are three very different and distinctive terms. They certainly can cross over each other a lot but that doesn’t make them all the same thing.
