Yes and No. Gaza and the Westbank are already done for, but Israel has great ambitions. They intend to annex Lebanon and increasingly large parts of Syria and Jordan, so for those it is not yet too late.

They are inseperable imo. To prevent one from leading to the other is almost impossible. As soon as crisis hits, it switches.
