nah. foreign powers are completely uninterested, so this will remain a local conflict. there’s nothing there to forcibly draw other countries in as well

An all out war would likely also involve a lot of cyber warfare which would affects the large IT outsourced to India and will likely hit a lot of “bystanders”. China might use the weakness of India to move up in its border conflict with them…
India and Pakistan represent about 15-20% of the global population. This absolutely has the potential to draw other powers in.
